Sam Bates aka Smug or Smugone is an Australian artist based in Glasgow, Scotland. He is known for his photo-realistic murals, Smug working totally free with spray paint. He is able to make highly technical pieces that are somehow edgy, cheeky and playful.

This is a difficult wall to see without a drone, as it is walled up and covered in dense foliage.

This mural has been created by artist SMUG for the Southend City Jam 2024 festival. The event created in the city of Southend on Sea (UK) features more than 250 international artists with great skills with sprays and brushes.
