Peacock + Feather

Commissioned on both sides of the northern staircase at the Tiong Bahru Market as part of the 50 Bridges project, depicting a peacock and its feather with a non-religious design. The peacock, a beautiful animal which represents good luck is featured in the middle of this historical marketplace not only to beautify the centre, but also in the hope of bringing luck to the patrons that visit Tiong Bahru Market and Food Centre.
