The Phoenix

A decorative and auspicious motif used by the Peranakans as well as a symbol of rebirth and regeneration in western traditions, The Phoenix reflects both the continuation of life in flames of change and the continuation of living life during a pandemic. It also highlights resilience and the will to persevere, in the hopes that we will emerge stronger than before in a post-pandemic world.
