Down the Rabbit Hole with Neon Lights

Curiot (Favio Martinez) is a Mexican artist who makes murals featuring anthropological symbols, myths and history. He explores culture and folklore through street art.

Curiot completed a new mural at Hotel Des Arts in San Francisco’s Financial District in March 2015. The Mexico City based artist is in San Francisco for his solo show “Down the Rabbit Hole with Neon Lights” at FFDG. The wall was curated by Upper Playground and Fifty24SF Gallery, and features Curiot’s signature style that alludes to Mexican tradition, with vibrant colors, a mythical beast and geometric designs.
