Red Tier. The testing positivity percentage is 6.4%, placing the County in Tier 2 or the Red Tier. People need a new reminder in the form of a depiction of the skateboarding icon to continue to mask up in solidarity against Covid-19.
How: International Artist Kyle Holbrook hand painted the mural in a street art style with Acrylic paints.
Who: The mural is sponsored by Moving Lives of Kids Arts Center (MLKmural.com). The Mural was painted and designed by International Executive Artist Kyle Holbrook.
