District ommunity activists worked with Burstone to clean, prime and design street electric cabinet. To protect the newly-minted art object from printed ads, the cabinet was additionally covered with anti-vandal varnish.
Researches show that beautifully designed fences, cabinets and walls do not attract vandals.
