A social project “Adding Color to Lives” was held in St. Petersburg, in which children from the “Tranzit” social shelter, as well as pupils of the “Zvezdochka” youth club of the Petrogradskiy district, took part. On the walls around the playground on Gatchinskaya Street, they created a huge, colorful painting together with world renowned street artist and educator Joel Bergner.
"There are many cats in St. Petersburg. And a lot of guys mentioned cats when we were collecting ideas for our drawing. And space was also often mentioned. Space is dreams. About something high, about the future. Therefore, we decided to portray a cat in space. And the octopus and large tentacles are all those feelings that drag us to the bottom. But bright thoughts rise into spacethe", - artist explained.
