Decorative mural with a portrait of a famous Nobel prize on literature nominee – russian writer/poetess Anna Akhmatova. Author unknown. The walls of the arch leading to the museum from the Liteyniy prospect‘s side of the yard are used as a public graffiti space whereas every modern writer can leave a message or a poem. When there is too much graffiti the walls are usually photographed by the museum’s workers and buffed for new letters.
