This mural shows the many faces of Rotterdam, specifically those around the West-Kruiskade street. Rotterdam is very multicultural city, with over 170 nationalities.

This is the second version of this mural. The first one, by the same artist, was there for 10 years when the wall needed restoration work done. Much to the joy of the people of Rotterdam the artist was asked to repaint the popular work. The new version features many friends of the artist, as well as some famous Rotterdammers.

Deze schildering toont de vele gezichten van Rotterdam, vooral die rondom de West-Kruiskade. Rotterdam is een erg multiculturele stad, met inwoners van meer dan 170 verschillende nationalitieten.

Dit is de tweede versie van deze muurschildering. De eerste, van de hand van dezelfde kunstenaar, stond hier al 10 jaar toen de muur gerestaureerd moest worden. Tot groot geluk van de mensen in Rotterdam werd de kunstenaar gevraagd het populaire werk opnieuw te maken. In de nieuwe versie zijn veel vrienden van de artiest terug te vinden, evenals een aantal bekende Rotterdammers.
