Stadsoase koestraat

The title of this work translates to "city oasis". The project was initiated by the inhabitants of the surrounding streets. The artist worked together with the neighbors, which resulted in many hidden messages in the artwork. These vary from "tickly bugs" by the local kids, to animals and objects with a deeper meaning for people living around the artwork.

The artwork stretches out over several walls and other objects around the street and is over 150 square meters large in total. The meaning behind it to show that such a concrete jungle can also be turned into a beautiful place by street art.
