Picturale - Ronse 2013

Since 2003, Ronse has profiled itself as the illustration capital of Belgium. 

In that year the first episode of the Pictorial took place. 

Picturale is a biennial festival of illustration that has been held in Ronse since 2003 and was then called The "Illustrale". 

The second edition was in 2005. 

In 2007 and 2010 it took three years before it was organized again and in 2021 corona acted as a bummer.
