The mural is a tribute to Sergio Leone, a director of acclaimed films like 'A fistful of Dollars', 'The Good, the Bad and the Ugly', 'Once upon a time in the West', and 'Once upon a time in America'.

The mural was created to commemorate 150 years since Rome became Italy's capital city.
