<div>A collaboration between Flox and TrustMe. This incredible stencil art piece has a clever overlay of the words Riverton and Aparima. Aparima is the Maori word for Riverton.&nbsp;<br>The mural can be found in the Supermarket carpark so watch out for the cars.</div>

IKARUS DTR

<div>Ikarus sticks to his knitting even although he could paint you a beautiful mural he loves his graffiti lettering. Ikarus is Christchurch bases and a member of the infamous DTR crew. This was painted for the South Sea Spray street art festival.</div>

Cab Nov

<div>Dnovio aka Cab Nov painted this small doodle art piece next door to the Riverton Community Arts Centre for the South Sea Spray festival. Her work is very psychedelic and you will find a lot of interesting shapes in her artwork.</div>

Kelly Spencer

<div>Kelly Spencer aka Kell Sunshine mural is on the side of the Riverton Environment Centre. She got her inspiration from the two river estuary that ebbs and flows and dramatically changes with the tides.&nbsp;</div>

Ebb and Flow 

<div>Ikarus loves his graffiti lettering, this time he has also included one of his graffiti spray can characters. Ikarus is Christchurch based and a member of the infamous DTR crew. This was painted for the South Sea Spray street art festival.</div>

AskewOne

<div>Elliot O'Donnell aka Askew painted this mural in December, 2018, for the South Sea Spray, street art festival in Riverton. Elliot took photos of local seafood, Crayfish, Kina (sea urchin) and Paua (abalone). He scanned a still life out of these and painted this wonderful piece in his new style. See if you can find the seafood.&nbsp;</div>

Jacob Yikes

<div>Jacob Yikes and Ikarus (DTR Crew) have brightened up the walls on the local swimming pool in Riverton.</div>

<div>Jacob has taken images from inside the La Rivera Guesthouse and painted them on the outside in his wonderful phantasmagoric style. Children love this fantasy style of artwork and will tell you great stories about the imagery when they see it.&nbsp;<br>This was painted for the South Sea Spray festival.</div>

Deow

<div>Deow has painted a native Tui bird on the wall of the Vault Galley on the corner of Palmerston and Napier Street. If the gallery is open go inside for a look as you will also find canvas work by Deow who is NZ's southern most artist and based in Invercargill.</div>

<div>Deow has painted on the wall of the Crib Cafe, the image portrays Riverton as it is, a hidden gem in New Zealand at the bottom of the South Island, with many surf and swimming beaches. Deow is NZ's southern most artist and based in Invercargill. You will find his graffiti and murals all over Southland and NZ.</div>

<div>You will find this small artwork on a concrete shed behind the Riverton Lodge Hotel. Both Jacob and Ikarus are members of the DTR Crew based in Christchurch. Yikes is shown in the photo with Ikarus on the other side of this building.</div>

They each painted a small section in their own unique styles and combined it looks fantastic. A wonderfull addition to the small seaside town of Riverton. This festival was curated and organised by New Zealand southern most artist Deow.&nbsp;</div>

Erika Pearce

<div>Erika's mural honours the return of the Humpback Whale and their calves to the southern oceans after their long migratory journey from the warmer waters in the Pacific Ocean. Erika wants us to remember the importance of our eco system and to take care of our oceans.</div>
