Born to be free

!! The sculpture "Born to be Free" is going to be available until 2027 !!

The sculpture of the fox has been created by two LMA students of the Department of Sculpture with the support of the association "Animal Freedom"
The Fow has been created as a symbol of animal protection from exploitation in the fashion industry and to promote stopping raising animals for fur. The sculpture has been created during the times when the movement against fur farming has already managed to ban fur farming in more than 15 European countries while in Latvia the fur farming industry is still allowed to operate.

In the creation of the sculpture, especially the fur of the fox, participated more than 100 volunteers from the association. The fox has been created using steel, sailor's hemp ropes, and glass.
