"Retrogamer" by BOND TRULUV from Leipzig, Europaschule am Pulverturm, Rheinberg was created as part of the Artlon Festival 2018.
The composition can also be admired as AR (Augmented Reality), download the app from www.artivive.com, hold it, and off you go!
Unfortunately, the surface was not processed properly, so the paint is peeling off, you could have asked me!
Always on the lookout for new compositions and graphic expressions, BOND TRULUV, born in Leipzig in 1981 as Jonas Ihlenfeldt, developed into one of the most sought-after artists on the scene at the beginning of 2000.
After completing his master's degree in anthropology in 2010 and his “Darmasiswa” scholarship at the University of Arts (ISI) in Yogjakarta (Indonesia), BOND TRULUV works as a freelance artist, commuting back and forth between Asia and Germany.
He uses elements from the areas of urban art - the visual art of graphic design - to immortalize himself in intense colors on walls all over the world with his pseudonym.
In addition to the use of digital techniques and multimedia installations, BOND TRULUV is considered to be one of the leading interpreters of "Lightbrush Graffiti".
Long exposure and the use of additional light sources give the photography of his wall paintings new levels. The result is spectacularly vivid images, which transform the environment into new realities and dimensions.
The starting point of his work in urban art is on the one hand the combination of letters "B O N D", which he repeatedly reproduces calligraphically and stylistically alienated, and on the other hand elaborate graphic illustrations on paper and canvas, as well as increasingly large-scale multimedia installations.
