Description
The image shows a public art mural on a building facade, which presents a diagram of a clock mechanism on a blue background.
The mural includes a text that says "HIOL ATM: 9:00-17:00" and "Sova Roll<<: 23 Roshildur. Endir.".
"ATM" can refer to ATMs (Automated Teller Machine) or the temporomandibular joint. In the context of a schedule (9:00-17:00), it could refer to the service hours of an ATM or a local business.
"Sova Roll" is likely to be the name of the artist or artistic project.
"Roshildur. Endir." could be a signature or part of the title of the work.
The work seems to be a technical design or a plan, which suggests a focus on engineering or time mechanics

I started painting with spray cans in 1999, and I liked it so much that I wanted to learn how to use it to create art, to be able to decorate streets all over the world, and thanks to the effort and perseverance, today my work is muralism with graffiti.
