Restosauria

Restosauria was created by John Parker when he was the Artist in Residence at South lake High School. It was installed in 1990 at Lake Newport Pool. It's an intriguing piece, evoking a dinosaur made from origami, and yet it's made of steel. Its companion piece, Cadmiosaur, can be found at South Lakes High School behind the school near the art lab. (Note: if you go to visit that sculpture, please wait until school is not in session).
