A Time for Heroes

Part of the DC-wide exhibit called Party Animals, in 2002 The DC Commission on the Arts & Humanities made elephants and donkeys available to local artists to paint in any theme they desired. Many of them came out with very patriotic themes as this wasn't long after 9-11.
