This mural is a metaphor for the world of work through the theme of bees and the hive which here represents the activity of the Mission Locale de Reims on which the work is painted. Indeed, this organization aims to help young adults find work or vocational training. The bees symbolizing the young people who leave the hive, the Local Mission for everyone to go to their task, their individual work. The mural was commissioned on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the creation of this local social organization.
