Flying Fish <#PL>
ROA's flying fish is under the bridge leading from Punta Santiago to Naguabo. ROA found this fishing spot while exploring during his Monkey Island mural. This location is a secret spot for local fisherman and crabbers and will require a little searching to find it. Well worth it when you do.
