Mural in memoriam of Nicholas Winton, a British stockbroker and humanitarian who helped to rescue 669, mostly Jewish, children from Czechoslovakia on the eve of World War II.
This mural is located at the recently opened Nicholas Winton Avenue - close to the former Bubny railway station, from which people were transported to the Terezín concentration camp during World War II.
