Description

A typical plot for Ukraine after February 24, 2022. This is a reference to the image on the postage stamp issued by Ukrposhta (Ukrainian Postal Service). The mural is located in the arch of the building and depicts the defeat of the flagship of the Russian Black Sea Fleet, the cruiser "Moskva".
