Freedom Fields substation

A floral makeover of a previously neglected electricity substation, funded by its owners Western Power. It's located in Freedom Fields Park, but the front of the building (with the door) can be seen from Lipson Road. The artists are The Rolling People, a graffiti crew from London, Plymouth, Madrid and Paris.
