Anstis Street substation

A makeover of an electricity substation - Plymouth Artists Together have worked on sites across the city owned by Western Power, who support local art - which costs them less than continually repainting because of graffiti. It's on a corner of a crossroads junction, opposite Ki Martial Arts.
