Description
A full wall mural at the back of a car park in Phoenix Street, opposite the derelict Phoenix Pub. It celebrates 25 years from 1998 - 2003 of The Rolling People, a graffitic crew with members from London, Plymouth Madrid and Paris. Their work can be seen around Plymouth and this piece was organised by Plymouths Artists Together.
