** update - this was painted over in Spring 2024 when Plymouth Artists Together held a paint jam to refresh the hoardings.

WALL-E from the Disney Pixar animation, finding proof of life in Plymouth. It's one of many painted panels that form an outdoor gallery on the hoardings around the former Civic Centre building - artwork is regularly refreshed.
