This mural was dedicated to Florie Dotson who was a beloved figure within the area. She helped make the streets in the north Philly area safer, cleaner, and improved the quality of life for others. With her tremendous care for the people, she helped bring about quality affordable housing while teaching those the importance of the "Get Out and Vote" movement.
