Done on August 1, 2014 - this mural tells the story of our history, residents, and city . Rowing has always played a major role within Philadelphia. The artist wanted to show the change in rowing throughout history - with the infamous boathouse row as the back drop. You see 4 rowers each from different periods of time, with the same goal - to win the race.
