Project by Fondazione Aria, Municipality of Pescarae Alessandro Sonsini
Pescara (IT). 2022
METHYLACETOPHENONE & CROCOSMIA AUREA is part of the Murap Project promoted by Fondazione Aria and the Municipality of Pescara with the organization of the Architect A. Sonsini. The work is inspired by the figure of Cesare in fiore, a gentleman who in the past decades crossed the Rancitelli district of Pescare with his dress covered with flowers and told stories and poems to the inhabitants. The chemical compound used by Fabio in this mural is METHYLACETOPHENONE which gives the characteristic scent to mimosa, a flower that Cesare loved to put on his dress. The Crocosmia Aurea wants to symbolize a new spring for the neighborhood and its citizens.
Started out hunting the streets in Antwerp, and completely bitten by the 'street art' virus. And the only cure is: HUNT SOME MORE.
I love showing people all the amazing Belgian artists, run street art tours in my city and occasionally facilitate new mural projects.
I love to travel and meet other hunters and artists. So hit me up when you're in town.
