The cat mural

C215 is now considered one of the most beautiful promises of French street art.

After having become famous outside of our borders in the streets of the world and in the galleries of Sao Paulo, New York and London, the French public finally had the opportunity to see a beautiful retrospective of his work at Pierre Cardin Gallery in September 2009.
C215 travels around the world, leaving on its way contextual stencils in the streets. He painted street scenes as well as portraits of homeless, beggars, refugees, orphans, all those left behind by capitalist society.
His works are placed on non-places, devalued supports: rusty doors, broken or burnt walls, garbage cans, etc. Each stencil is conceived and created according to the place, and carved on the spot ad hoc, so as to blend in its environment and interact with its inhabitants  .Curated by Itinerrance Gallerie Paris
