The Blower

Description

The three-eyed character Mardi is portrayed playfully blowing many bubbles upon a building which holds children's art classes. The fuzzily-dressed character however has her feet treading upon barbed wire, which acts as a metaphor for never-ending war and often result in children being the victims.
