Maya Hayuk is without exaggeration street art royalty. Her awe-inspiring, geometric patterns are world-renowned, as is the explosive color palette that the American artist invariably uses. However, Hayuk also has Ukrainian roots and she even studied in Odessa for several years.
That is why today she wants to draw as much attention as possible to (the victims of) the war in Ukraine and she only makes house-high murals in the colors of the Ukrainian flag.
