The Red-Tailed Black Cockatoo
Description
A Black Cockatoo soaring in the sky with a paint splashed style in motion, symbolic of its locality as the Aboriginal word 'Nowra' means Black Cockatoo. It is covered in the reflections of colours that represent the surrounding coastal environment.
