The work was created by the artist Mikhail Dremin (Yekaterinburg, Tver) together with assistants-ordinary residents of Nizhnevartovsk.
The drawing is a gift to the city instead of the lost graffiti " Vartovchanka”, which was painted at the intersection of International and Northern streets in 2013, and then painted over by municipal services in early September 2019.
