This painting is a tribute to the old-school hip-hop group RUN DMC. In 2020, I created this painting, covering the entire wall of the Hall of Fame in Wijchen, featuring portraits of RUN, DMC, and JAM MASTER JAY (rip JMJ). To the left of the painting is the NYC skyline (in the late 80s, when hip-hop was just starting to spread from the States to Europe and the rest of the world). And to the right are Adidas sneakers and a Ghetto Blaster.
