Hide and Seek

"Hide and Seek" (cache-cache) évoque l'impact des violences conjugales ou intrafamiliales sur le bien-être d'un enfant. L’artiste joue sur le non-dit, le tabou. Elle suggère plutôt qu’elle ne montre. Avec cette fresque, la Ville de Namur réaffirme son engagement contre ces violences trop souvent occultées.

Iota, alias Elisa Morlet, vit et travaille à Bruxelles. Ses influences sont la peinture classique, l'art nouveau et l'art abstrait.

The Hide and Seek fresco evokes the impact of domestic or intra-family violence on the well-being of a child. The artist Iota plays on the unsaid, the taboo. It suggests rather than shows. With this fresco, the City of Namur reaffirms its commitment against this too often concealed violence. 

Iota a.k.a. Elisa Morlet, lives and works in Brussels. Her influences are classical painting, art nouveau and abstract art.
