Created during the Město=Galerie 2024 street art festival, this mural is part of the artist's street-art comic "Petr Ulice" ("Peter Street").
It features a four-panel comic strip spread across four walls of the building, designed so it can be read starting from any direction. The story follows the main hero, Petr Ulice, who represents the city's memory and carries everyone's stories with him. During an evening walk, he meets a big, scary dog. Instead of reacting with fear, he offers friendship, showing that overcoming fear and taking the first step is often the key to making new friends.
Inspired by an artwork and painting course of the same name by Colleen Barry, Lovedogs operates on multiple symbolic levels. Beyond telling a simple story of connection, it serves as a tribute to the ancient bond between humans and dogs, while delivering a broader message: things are rarely as terrifying as they first appear, and true friendship knows no boundaries.
