Miramar is a touristic city in Argentina, that in the last 10 years, street art has begun to have an enormous presence, changing not only the urban landscape, but also the territory, and therefore society itself. The rise of street art began with the first International Art Biennial in 2013, and its sixth edition being completed in 2023.

This work was part of the First International Miramar Biennial in 2013. Was made by local artist Wenseslao Moreno. It occupies part of the back wall of the local Amphitheater.

About this special first edition, the BIAM sites said; “… The meeting brought together artists with important national and international careers who worked from the motto “Man and his relationship with nature.” On 14 walls measuring 3.50 x 2.50 distributed in what is now the “Esteban Svast” Biennial Park; more than 30 artists worked who, together with their assistants, created works in mosaic, sgraffito and relief techniques with polychrome direct cement…”
