In 2023, the “VI International Art Biennial” was held, whose motto was “A decade of art without borders, creating footprints,” to commemorate the 10 years of BIAM. At the same time, Miramar was declared by the Chamber of Deputies as the “Provincial Capital of Outdoor Art.”

In this specific BIAM, more murals were added in the Municipal Natatorium and the back of the Amphitheater, the stained glass windows of the Honorable Deliberative Council, the Peace Court, the front and sides of the urban furniture of the Paseo Costanero, the Plazas of the ground floor. The sector was intervened of said walk, highlighting the creation of the “Miramar” Corporal structure and one more sculpture located in the Biennial Park. Likewise, paintings were captured in the bathrooms of the Skate Park, murals on wooden panels in the ISFT No. 194, the color note being the work done by the artist Martín Ron with his circular mural in the “Torre de Agua Corriente”.
