"Makatron" is a prominent Melbourne-based contemporary artist and muralist celebrated for his large-scale, surrealist works that explore the "clash between nature and civilization".

This cool Makatron piece adorns a wall in a quiet corner of the 222 Little Bourke Street Carpark / Warehouse whilst on the otherside of the rollerdoor the bustling crowds shuffle through Tattersalls Lane and the street art hunters flick away at the latest pasteups from the "Melbourne Street Art collective" and other well known pasters.

Finally, for the cinephiles the location of this artwork was used for mutliple scenes in the iconic 1990s Australian film "the Big Steal" starring Ben Mendelsohn, Steve Bisley and Claudia Karvan!
