From The Ground Up was a graffiti writers project organised by the City of Port Phillip and Melbourne artist Ling. 

26 graffiti writers based in Melbourne have made artworks in public spaces throughout the City of Port Phillip. 

Each artist was allocated a letter of the alphabet to feature in their work.
