Stormie Mills is a Perth-based artist. He paints his poignant figures in black, white and grey - black symbolises dirt, white suggests erasure (he often uses graffiti-remover to work into the surface of his paintings) and grey represents the city. His characters always appear to be isolated, even when they are not alone. Continue walking along Macquarie St towards High St and you will find a pair of grappling skeletons, also by Stormie Mills, in the parking space at number 2 Macquarie St
