This is a delightfully quirky jumble of fragmented faces, hollow heads and surreal details is typical of Goodie's distinctive style. She manoeuvres faces and limbs around architectural obstacles and tricks the viewer's eye with her unexpected perspectives. The way one of the faces is completed across two walls, with the eyebrow meeting when the viewer stands in the sweet spot, also plays with the concept of space. I love street art. And I love sharing the images that artists paint on walls, whether it's here in Melbourne or in other visually exciting cities. I've been photographing art in Melbourne since 2005 and love being part of the street art community.
