This multi-storey mural was painted by Jason Parker for Frankston’s 2021 Big Picture Fest. Jason was assisted by Connor McLennan & Jack Rowland. 
You can view this mural from the ground in Plaza Lane (next to General Public) or from the ramp up to General Public’s rooftop car park.
