Commissioned by Frankston City Council, although this building was a hub of activity for the local community it was looking very tired and dull. They wanted something transformative but not too overwhelming, and something that would feel welcoming to all. By drawing on the local foliage that lined the nearby Kananook Creek, the mural features swamp gum, tea tree and coastal banksias, with soft colours drawn from the Seaford sunsets.
