Description

This wall is a tribute to local organisations who help newly arrived refugees and asylum seekers. The women represent Melbourne's migrant communities. Their arms are crossed over their chests, and the following text can be seen on the wall to the right: 'We cross our arms across our chests, Our duality within us. Many homes held within, While one heart beats.' and the words "Courage. Community. Respect. Integrity."
The artist, Heesco Khosnaran was born in Mongolia but is based in Melbourne. The wall can be found in Rosamond St, around the corner from Chapel St.
