Old can learn from the young can learn from the old

This stunning mural is located under the yellow bridge, which crosses the railway tracks, on the side towards the district Schwetzingerstadt.

The mural is painted 2012 by the street artist duo Herakut. This is Jasmin Siddiqui, known as Hera, and her partner Falk Lehmann, known as Akut. Together they are called Herakut.“Brothers helping Sisters helping…” This wall was painted by Herakut some weeks ago in Mannheim. While a new residential area is built – the “Glückstein Quartier” – Herakut was officially asked by the City to paint this wall. Faced to the tracks the mural welcomes all people entering Mannheim by train. Backside of the wall was painted by Gonzalo Maldonado Morales. The project was coordinated by Petra Stamm, owner of the Stoffwechsel Gallery in Mannheim…
