Description

  • This trompe l'oeil mural located on Calle de la Cruz in Madrid was created by the artist Ángel Aragonés in 1990. The mural depicts the old Corral de Comedias de la Cruz, which stood on the same site during the Golden Age. It includes a quote from King Philip IV himself, wondering if the street is now a theater.

  • Este trampantojo situado en la Calle de la Cruz de Madrid fue realizado por el artista Ángel Aragonés en 1990.

  • El mural representa el antiguo Corral de Comedias de la Cruz que estuvo en ese mismo lugar durante el Siglo de Oro.
