Hipatia de Alejandría

Mural painted by local artist Diego As, in which he represents Hypatia of Alexandria, a greek neoplatonic philosopher and teacher who was brutally murdered for her ideals. It is painted in a secondary school wall in Castroverde, 20 minutes from Lugo, on the occasion of March 8 (International Women's Day) to raise awareness among the educational community about the violence that continues to exist against women.
