Saint Sebastian

Beerens turns people into animals. 

Pierced by an arrow,  Reni's St Sebastian does not seem to feel pain but spiritual rapture. There is no blood or gore, but only a single arrow. 

Beerens captures Reni's twisted body shape, and reverses Reni's white on black. The stag has a rainbow halo, LGBT iconography. 

He is the saint representing the gay establishment.
